Hey Rajiv,
With your above mentioned marks your Common rank will be in between 25k-30k and I am sorry to say that will not get you a seat in any good government college through UPSEE but wait till the final rounds of counselling if lucky, you may get low profile non-core branches.
There are many good private colleges having less tuition fees that takes admission through UPSEE, try to get admission in one of them.
