Hello,
Your chances are too low/no as the cutoff of DTU is very high.You need to have rank under 10000 in order to get admission in DTU...For top branches like CSE 230-240 around marks are required.
But your rank is a bit low.So you can not expect this college.But participate in josaa counselling as you have chances of getting NITs in last round of counselling.
