Siddhartha Institute of Engineering and Technology, Puttur(SIET) is a very good technical institute.

In this institute Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Computer Science and Information Technology is a four-year full-time undergraduate program recognized by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and offered by the Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Anantapur.

Admission to this institute are made along with the other institutions of the states by a entrance test organised by state government known by the name (EAMCET) . So you have to score good marks in this test and the JEE marks are not considered here.

Other eligibility criteria are also there to take admission in this institute is that t he candidate should have passed- Intermediate Examination or appearance at 2nd year Intermediate Examination (10 + 2 pattern) conducted by the A.P. Board of Intermediate Education, with appropriate optional subjects or its equivalent thereto.

Therefore in to get a seat in SIET you have to go through the state entrance examination and also complete the other eligibility criteria and then only you will get admission in SIET.
