Firstly, I will answer your second question. No, there isn't a possibility of conversion of seat from BDS to MBBS, but Dental Council of India has proposed a bridge course through which dental students have an option for transition to medicine courses. This is still a proposal and hasn't been approved yet. Next, based on previous year's cutoff, it would be difficult to get admission for MBBS government seat in Telangana but you may have chances for admission to BDS government seats in and around Hyderabad.
