I got 45 Percentile in Jee mains, And 56000 rank in (SC) category and 694000 (CRL) Rank, Is there any chances of getting Admission in DTU?

Most probably no, because last year the maximum JEE rank for a SC candidate to get admission in DTU was 416351 and that also for Production and Industrial engineering. So considering that, I don't think you would be able to take admission in DTU.
