With your secured marks (467) there are tough chances of getting the governmentedical seat. You may apply for deemed colleges or BAMS/ BHMS colleges, you have good chances of getting these colleges . For goverment medical seat it is needed to score 550+ this year and chances dercrease with marks lesser than 550.
