As of now its tough to say which college you can get because the cutoff changes every year with college and this year the cutoff went high and also few seats have increased.the cutoff may change due to many reasons like difficulty level of paper,number of students appearing for exam etc.but with previousyear analysis and your rank we can find you possibilties into colleges.with your marks and last year data you have no chances to fetch a seat in government colleges as you need atleast of 520+ that too according to last year data ,this year cutoff rose by 30-40 marks more.you have very few chances to fetch seat in private medical colllegeslike:

It's quite difficult to predict that whether you will get seat or not as cut off marks/rank for medical colleges keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc.
But when we go through previous data then it suggests that with 487 marks you hold low chance to get a seat in a Government Medical College
For example,
In Neet 2019, the lowest marks that got a seat in Government Medical College for obc category under mp state quota was 524 marks and it was for Government Medical College, Shahdol
But yes,
With your marks you have chances for govt quota seats in private medical college under state quota like :-
