I got 527 in my neet but I studied 8 years in ap (3rd to 10th) and I studied +1 & +2 in Karnataka....so I don't belong to local catogery in both states what are the chances for getting a seat in all India quota

As you can not apply to these states because you have not resided in any state for more than 10 years and not having 10 and 12th passing certificate you are left with only All INdia Counselling conducted by MCC for 15% state quota seats in gov. colleges of different states and for deemed universities.
