On the basis of your rank and category . Also if you belong to south india then state Quota comes into play which 85% in state government colleges you can easily get top college of your home state . If we talk about private engineering colleges then every college has it's own terms of admission . Some private colleges take admission on basis of their entrance test or board exams also JEE mains . You should keep all of these factors in mind and you will get the best college .
