I got 74765 all india rank in jee main and 21163 in obc NCL and don't get any college yet in 5th round of kissa councelling can I get any college in next round

According to previous year last round cutoff of JoSSA counselling the closing rank of Candidate under OBC NCL other state category is under 20 k but your rank is baove that , hence it would be impossible for you to get the admission in any college under JoSSA.But you can try your luck in CSAB counselling.
