i got 81 percentile in jee mains 2020 january and i m frm obc can i get VJTI college in mumbai

No, you can't get admission in VJTI mumbai with 81 percentile. It requires high percentile for the admission. It's one of the top engineering university of India. You can try to get some other good universities.
