With this percentile in JEE Mains, your rank would be more than 200000 in the common rank list. As you are from SC category, even your SC category rank would be more than 9000. So with this rank you won't be able to get a seat in any government engineering colleges like NITs IIITs and GFTIs. Even your SC category won't be of any help.
So please go for some top private engineering colleges in India which conduct their own entrance exams which are very easy as compared to JEE mains. Here's the list for them
