I got 89 percentile in jee mains and 10 cgpa in inter boards(ap) will I get seat in sastra university for CSE only

Yes. It is obvious because as u already know that there are 2 streams to get admission in SASTRA.
STREAM 1(75% of seats)
Criteria - 75% JEE MAINS marks+25%state board/CBSE marks(now CGPA to AP students)
STREAM 2(25%of seats)
Criteria-It is only based of IPE marks or state board.
As your CGPA is 10 which is the top in AP board u will get admission for sure.
