As you have not specified your region or your reservation category, i am providing it for general category.94.99 percentile would come around the rank of 80000 and while you fulfil the eligibility criteria for the board exam, the cutoff for DTU is quite high around 6000 , so with your rank it wont be possible to get into DTU.
