for home state-opening rank-1514 and closing rank 4196.
for other state-opening rank-592 and closing rank-1438.
as you got 98.6651140 NTA percentile so your pradicted rank is 1940.
so sunny if you belong to Home state the you will definately get admission in BIT mesra.
