I got 99.45 percentile in jee paper 2 ..can I got admission in Delhi SPA or Jamia ...my rank is 1454 in general category...

Based on the previous year cutoffs you might get Planning Engineering in School of Planning and Architecture, Delhi. Other options are quite difficult in SPA. You can get some good NITs based on the rank you have secured. You can yourself check the previous year cutoffs using the careers360 portal
