As per the previous year scenario you can get IT and ECE
with this rank but getting cse will not be possible for you with this rank.
You may get IT and ECE in 2nd counseling,chances in 1st counseling is less.

As per looking your rank, you have very low chances for getting any seat in CSE or IT or ECE at bit sindri. Your rank is not enough to get that.
