I got general rank 148454 and obc ncl rank 45050 in jee mains 2019. Can I get civil in pec or ccet 26 chd? (hs is chd)

Hello,
Pec Chandigarh does not have any category of OBC. So you need to register under general category and on a rank of 148454 ,it is difficult to get a seat in Pec.
