I have a 3-year diploma degree and i participate in jee mains exam. My question is, via this degree can i get addmission into Nit and iiit in 1st year.

With a 3-year diploma, direct admission into NITs or IIITs through JEE Main for the 1st year is not permitted. NITs and IIITs require 10+2 with Physics and Mathematics. Diploma holders can apply for lateral entry in other institutions, not via JEE Main.
