I have a general rank of 8775 and sc rank of 183 but I have been allotted seat in HPNLU what happens when I click on upgrade my seat

Congratulations for getting seat in HPNLU. If you click on upgrade my seat then in the next round you will be allotted more good NLU based on your rank, if seats are left or vacant in good NLUs.
See since you belong to reserved category allotment are done according to number of reserved seats present .
I would suggest you to upgrade it to get admission in good NLUs and if you are satisfied with the college allotted then take admission in that only.
