hi ravi,
first of all which state do you belong to? and check whether aiq ranks latter than you have been included in the state provisional rank list. if it is ,then talk to your state counselling authorities about it and if not , then maybe state ranks havebeen given to aiq ranks lesser than yours. For example ,they may have given ranks only upto aiq ranks of 2 lakhs .
