Hi, according to the questions difficulty level in the given exam and there are more things in which cutoff depends. Total number of students appeared in the exam, highest marks scored, percentage of students who got low or high marks, question difficulty level,if the question has got any wrong data and there are several other factors which changes every year so according to that cutoff also changes every year it may be less or more change but it does happen.
