I have been living in Mahrashtra for the last 4 years and I have done my 10th and 12th from here. I have given CET exam recently. Am I eligible for admission under domicile category (Type A or Type B) for CAP round. My parents have permanent address of Mahrashtra. Kindly guide. Regards

• Type A : Usually applies if you or either of your parents hold a Maharashtra domicile certificate .

• Type B : Generally applies if your father or mother is domiciled in Maharashtra , even if you do not have your own domicile certificate.

Since you mentioned that:

• You have been living in Maharashtra for the last 4 years .

• You completed Class 10 and Class 12 from Maharashtra .

• Your parents have a permanent address in Maharashtra .

If your parents also have a valid Maharashtra domicile certificate , you are likely to be eligible under the appropriate Maharashtra State candidature category. If they only have a permanent address but do not have a domicile certificate , you may need to obtain the required documents before CAP verification.
