Hi Manju.
That actually depends upon your interest. Pick a decision according to what you want. As you have a good rank under girls category, you may opt for studying, if you manage to get admission in a good college. But, one thing you can do is that, work for 1 or 2 years, and do your BTech after that. And, during placements there, you may get an upper hand, because of your work experience. But, you have to work well for the entrance test, while doing your job.
