i have got 195 in 2020 jee mains. Is there any chance of getting into nit rourkela cse with home state quota?

A score of 195 can get you a rank between 5700-18,000. So, you may have a seat in home quota. For general category, the cut-off for CSE ends at around 10,000 rank. So, you may get a call if you fall under this rank. The starting rank is around 2000.
