To be very honest you have little to no chance with your rank in UIET. However do have hope and find some other colleges. Hope this helps.

The max rank required should be within 2 lac.As you have rank more than 3 lac in JEE Mains,there is slightly less possibility for you getting admission in UIET,Chandigarh in Computer science & engineering stream.
Try finding other colleges which would admit rank above 3 lac.
