hello aspirant,
if you are satisfied with that choices then you can loack it. but if there are better option is given in your choices of list then you can go for upgrad. if there is no option will match your criteria then you seat will be remain at this choice i.e civil enginering in thaper patiala.

Thapar University, Patiala is one of the optimum institutes of our country.
Getting Civil Engineering in the first round itself is very good.
You can lock your choice if:-
1) It is your desirable branch.
2) You don't have a chance of getting any further branch according to previous year statistics.
