I have no chance to in jee advance, so after doing B.Tech from IET,Lucknow and score good in gate can get job in DRDO?

You can get job in DRDO if there is vaccancy for the branch with which you do B-Tech. It does not discriminate on basis of college. Just you need to have cutoff of DRDO in gate exam and clears the further round (interview).
If you work hard you can definitely join DRDO from any college.
