I have not registered for counselling dates do I have any chance left to get admission by my tank card this year

You have not registered for West Bengal Joint entrance examination counseling.

In the spot counseling process you can definitely get admission in a decent College.

After completion of 3rd round of counseling, if some seats left vacant then the respective College will organise spot counseling, then you have to participate in the spot counseling of that Colleges.
