Hello
The Rs 10,000 refundable deposit for all India quota is generally refunded after the end of all the rounds of counselling.
But , in case you get any seat in a college in any of the rounds of counselling and do not join due to any reason then the Rs 10,000 you have paid becomes non- refundable.
It is "no -exit" Policy of the MCI to increase the seriousness in the students and parents so that no seat remains occupied unnecessarily.
