I have obtained the Rank needed to get a specific branch in my home state NIT Agartala.But i have not obtained the qualifying marks for jee advanced.So am i eligible for admission?

See admission into NITs is a one mode examination process and hence to get admission in NITs you only need to qualify in JEE Main. On the other hand, admission into IITs is a two mode examination process. This means that you need to qualify in JEE Main first and then pass JEE Advanced. Therefore, if you have qualified JEE Main and satisfy the other eligibility criteria as well then you will get admission in NIT Agartala. It has nothing to do with JEE Advanced rank or score.
