Hi there, the fee waive off on the basis of your class 12 marks that is 82 percent will be Rs 15000 (i.e. 30% of Programme Fee) Hope this helps. At the time of payment you deduct Rs 15000 from the total amount and pay the remaining amount.  Good Luck

You may follow the below procedure to apply for admission in LPU. As in the situation of the on-going pandemic, you can apply for your admission online.

• You need to visit the website i.e. www.lpu.in (http://www.lpu.in)
• Click on the admissions tab.
• Select after 10th Diploma programmes.
• Click on the Fashion Design tab under Discipline section.
• Select your Programme.
• Click on your preferred option from the programmes.
• The page that will open will contain the details about the eligibility, fee, Scholarship, how to apply procedure and other related details.
• There will be tab of apply now and you can proceed from there.

Based on your 10 ^th percentages, 34800 is the per semester fees that you need to pay. For this, you have to apply on or before 31 ^st May 2020 as this is the maximum scholarship benefit phase.

The fee structure is
Diploma in Fashion Design (Including Dual Programmes)= Rs 58,000 (without scholarship) per semester.

Moreover, LPU offers different types of scholarships on the basis of marks of previous qualification, LPUNEST, Sports, Defence, and many more. If you are eligible for more than one scholarship, only one scholarship you will get that is the maximum one.

The best thing is if you get the scholarship, the tuition fees after getting a scholarship will be applicable every semester.

Applicable Fee after Scholarship(per semester)

1. LPUNEST score more than or equal to Category I cut-off

(for 50% Scholarship)

Or

90% or above aggregate marks in 10th

Fees will be Rs29000 per semester

(i.e. 50% of Programme Fee)

2. LPUNEST score more than or equal to Category II cut-off

(for 40% Scholarship)

Or

80% - 89.9% aggregate marks in 10th

Fees will be Rs 34800 per semester

3. LPUNEST score more than or equal to Category III cut-off

(for 30% Scholarship)

Or

70% – 79.9% aggregate marks in 10th

Fees will be Rs 40600 per semester

As per my knowlwdge, the fees for the diploma in fashion design is 58,000/semester excluding scholarship. However  you can reduce the programme fee by availing scholarship on the basis of your matriculation performance. Atleast, 40% of scholarship you can get, for availing highest scholarship slabs, you can  take admission before the last date i.e. 30th April 2020. The scholarship amount will be activated in your UMS once you present required valid documents.
