I have registrated my information for counselling in upsee but thay are not providing choice locking instead they wrote doc. Not verfiy

Make sure that all the documents you are given are correct or not. Check whether you submit all documents or not. As if you submitted all the documents required for counselling then check from below:
UPSEE 2019 Rank Card.
UPSEE Admit card
Class 12thCertificate & Marks Sheet.
Rural Weightage Certificate (if applicable).
Domicile Certificate.
Domicile Certificate of the candidates parents (for candidates who have passed the qualifying examination from outside UP).
Character Certificate.
Medical Fitness Certificate.
Category Certificate for (SC/ST/OBC candidates).
Sub-Category Certificate (if applicable).
Income Certificate (if applicable).
GDDA Category Certificate (if applicable)
After the documents are verified, candidates will be provided a one-time password (OTP) to log in for the next step i.e. Choice Filling
These are the documents which should be submitted at the time of Counselling.
