The percentile you have scored in jee main paper 1 and 2 is too less that you will get get admission into bit sindri or bit mesra.
I will suggest you to go for your state entrance examination and if it is not possible then you can also go for a good private college where you will definitely get fee wAiver based on your jee main marks
