The qualifying cutoff for GATE has been declared.GATE qualifying cutoff or simply GATE cutoff is the minimum marks which candidates have to score to qualify the exam. Every year the cutoff varies depending upon the number of candidates appearing in the examination.
Electrical Engineering is a vast branch and it offers specialized course and every institution offers various subjects within Electrical Engineering and cutoff is different for all.
Since,you haven't mentioned your category so it's tough to predict your chances. Also,500 is not a great score for one to get IIT Bombay.
