I have scored 82 % last year and skipped admission then , do I have any chance of getting in DTU bba this year.

Yes you can apply for bba in DU this year. It just depends on the cut off of this year if you will an admission or not. You are obviously eligible to apply for it so what you can do it fill the application form according to your preferences and wait for the counselling and have a look at the earlier cut offs which will give you an idea of what you might get during the counselling.

As per your question, Last year DTU admission were based on merit score but this year DTU is conducting entrance exam as the admission process of BBA. The details for the admission process are mentioned below - Centrallized Counselling for admission to BBA programs 2019 of 02 pioneering universities of Govt. of NCT of Delhi, namely Delhi Technological University (DTU) and Netaji Subhas University of Technology (NSUT) will be conducted through Common BBA Admission Committee.
Prospective candidates are required to fill a single online application form available at http://cbac.dtu.ac.in/  to participate in the centralized admission under CBAC-2019.
