i passed class 12 in 2018 but given improvement in 2019 what should i mention in the year of passing in uptu application form???

Well you passed your class 12 in 2018, but you also gave improvement examination in 2019 to improve your marks. As you are providing the marksheet for the improvement result you habe got you must mention your passing year as 2019 only. But do provide both your results at time of counselling
