It's not possible for getting an AIQ seat as the AIQ mbbs cutoff closes at above 550.As you can try for management quota seats.
For state quota maharashtra government college is not possible as well as private for mbbs. You need to score above 500 to get in. As you can go for management seats.
If you want a good college for MBBS you should score more next year or can go for management seats.
