Hi aspirant,
As you mentioned you want " top colleges" so top colleges also want top rankers and CSE and ECE are the most sought after engineering branches and hence have a high cut-off. I am sorry to disappoint you, but honestly your rank is too low to get admission in the top colleges for CSE and ECE.
