I secured 16392 rank in jeemain .I can get seat in DTU OR NSUT ECE or not for this time ..and iam out of Delhi and obc category???

as dtu is the top most college under government colleges and it usually ends up for cse in 10k rank, yours being 16k its extremely hard to get in dtu and you may not be able to get a seat in dtu at all as youre from outside delhi too. you can try nsut ece as ece doesnt get over so fast in nsut.
