I secured 3350 normalised rank in sastra university in general category can I get any seat ?

It will be pretty hard for you to secure any seat in Sastra University with this rank. The downside is that you are of general category. You can try till the last round of counselling but still I think you won't be able to get any good branch with this rank. Don't get disheartened and wait for the results and try for other colleges too.
