I am an Alumni of LPU. As you have not mentioned the programme in which you are seeking admission into so i will share the general feedback with you.

I did my Graduation (B.Com) and Post-Graduation (MBA) from Lovely Professional University so I believe i can tell you all the details. Frankly telling you, I was bit confused when I had to select a university for my graduation and one of my cousin told me about the LPU. I had certain doubts but after visiting LPU first time for counseling, all my doubts were cleared and I took the decision to join LPU. LPU has transformed me in many ways. And its not me only, if you ask any student of LPU you will get the same answer. To start with, if I talk about faculty of LPU, quite young and energetic faculty always ready to help students, listen to the students for any problem and teaches in very innovative ways. Curriculum is always updated as per industry demands. Every student is expected to give presentations through case study or group discussions. So actually students get more confidence and their analytical ability is developed. For me it was a very positive point that LPU is very much concerned about attendance and students need to attend all their classes. As I was a regular student so I enjoyed attending my all classes. If teacher go on leave then it was ensured that there will be no loss for the students so there will be make up class or adjustment classes.  As classes are Air conditioned so we enjoyed a lot. Teachers are teaching through power point so sometimes when we were asked to give presentation so we also made PPTs and now I am expert in making PPTs. All thanks to my teachers. I was an introvert person but after joining LPU, i have been transformed to more confident girl.

Coming to the Infrastructure of LPU, I must say it is the best. We were having few classes in Lecture halls of LPU and it was an amazing feeling. Tuck shop was there in our building only. Library was my favorite place to spend time during free lectures. Shanti Devi Mittal Auditorium is the world class having huge capacity. All the major events happened there. I was a day scholar so I did not get the chance to stay in hostel but my friends told me many times that hostel life is amazing although rules are strict for attendance, leaves and turnstiles are there for entry and exit from hostel.

During my Graduation I got myself registered for placements and the inputs I got for placements were just amazing. We had PEP classes, Group Discussions, Mock Interviews, Company/Industry specific sessions. I got job offer from two prestigious companies. But my father guided me to go for higher studies and then dropped the idea of job and applied for MBA in LPU. And Trust me I had taken the best decision of my life.

One other important factor to take admission in LPU was its Ranking and Accreditations.  Mittal School of Business is ACBSP accredited and if I will plan to settle abroad it is actually going to help me a lot. I always feel proud to be Alumni of LPU. LPU is a best private university of India.

Lastly, the scholarship attracted me when I was comparing various universities. So I must say I am very much proud and satisfied Alumni of LPU and will suggest you to go for it. I assure you, after completion of your degree you will be transformed into a better version of yourself.

If I talk about Infrastructure, LPU's campus is one of the largest lush green campuses of India which is spread over 600+ acres. Gym, Hi-Speed 24 Hrs free Wi-Fi service, Swimming pool. Very good central Library of 6 floors and huge collection of text-books and reference books. The campus has its own hospital, hotel, and a mall. The classes are well-designed with all the latest amenities available.

Another thing that I liked about the university was that it has some of the best teachers on board. Not only did they make the classroom sessions interesting, but they were also were very friendly and catered to any doubts I had about a particular topic.

I had a great academic exposure during my time at LPU. Students here get to work on live projects because of which they are able to learn in depth about their subjects. They also get to attend the workshops and guest lectures during their time in the campus which actually help them gain valuable knowledge.

LPU providing quality education, and have provided good rankings to the university on various parameters like placements, quality education, industry interface, infrastructure, international relations,Tie-ups etc.

Also, in my view, I think you should not worry about the placements. If you work hard in the course and learn as much as you can, any company visiting the campus would be happy to hire you. However, you must not neglect polishing your communication skills as well, because companies will check that in their interviews. LPU provides plenty of opportunities to its students to take part in events, competitions, fests in order to let them grow their personality and give them a chance to polish their skills.The students of LPU has been placed in the top companies with high salary packages. The placements have been divided as dream packages and bulk recruiters. Apart from placements, many eminent companies approach LPU to hire students for internships. It has 7 boys hostel and 6 girls hostel. 6 out of 7 have attached bathroom in boys hostel but all in girls hostel have attached bathrooms.There are many variety of rooms are available depends on your choice like 1 seater ac/non-ac, 2 seater ac/non-ac and many more.There are apartments also available in lpu campus so if you want to go for apartment then also you can opt it for. Along with all this lpu also provides free WiFi.

LPU is a definately a good university where you will get lot to explore if u will apply efforts. As there are lot of students, so lot of opportunities are also there in all fields of life like sports,act,swimming,dancing and many more.The main thing is that you have to explore,if u will waste your time in sleeping and using phone in the hostel than definately u will regret. It's my suggestion at least follow one sports,join for that sport club or acting,dancing as your passion and always try to indulge yourself in something.

The very first step towards achieving this transformation is by providing a healthy, supportive and secure atmosphere for the students to study in. The institute conducts an entrance exam 'Lovely Professional University National eligibility and Scholarship test' for admissions in the engineering courses. It is conducted through an online mode with a total of 400 marks.
There were two phases to the registration process, Phase-I ( October 9, 2018- January 20, 2019) and Phase-II ( January 21, 2019- March 31, 2019). The slot booking period was the 1st week of December and the 1st week of March. Also, the entrance exam will be conducted from April 5 to 30, 2019, which will be followed by the counselling rounds.
Eligibility criteria for LPUNEST 2019:
1. Indian nationality
2. Academic details- The candidate must have completed his/her final examination of 10+2 or should be appearing in 2019, from any institution recognised by COBSE, New Delhi or any other concerned apex body.
3. Marks required- 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 in Physics, Mathematics and English. For more than 90% secured in the qualifying exams, the candidate will not have to meet LPUNEST and JEE Main qualification criteria. He/she can apply for direct admissions.
4. There are some course wise required subjects, for respective courses.
