Your State code of eligibility is Andhra Pradesh but NOT Kerela. The state code will be based on the place from where the candidate has passed Class XII but does NOT depend upon the native place or the place of residence of the candidate. You have passed Your class 12th From Andhra Pradesh so You will get state quota in Warangal. OBC certificate will be based upon central list so doesn't matter from which state it is issued.
