If a student got 68 marks in physics Is he able to get admission in bits
Hello Praful,
The BITSAT used the following words -
The candidate should have obtained a minimum of aggregate 75% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics subjects (if he/she has taken Mathematics in BITSAT) or a minimum of aggregate 75% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology subjects (if he/she has taken Biology in BITSAT) in 12th class examination, with at least 60% marks in each of the Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics / Biology subjects.
It means the aggregate percentage in physics chemistry and maths should be 75% and no less than 60 marks in each ( It means if you have aggregate 75% but less than 60 marks in any of pcm then it will not do ).
So based on that you are eligible for BITSAT so stop worrying and start your preparations as soon as possible.
All the best!
