if AICTE not approved of LPU and I am complete M.planning in course in LPU after that can I eligible for any government sector?

Hi there, AICTE is mandatory for the institutions, not for the universities. LPU Is a university not an institution. So you dont need to worry about AICTE. You are eligible to pursue any course anywhere and to apply for a job in the government sector as well.

Your concern is genuine but please be aware that LPU is not a college, that it is a university, and all universities are controlled and supervised by UGC and not by AICTE. AICTE is a recognised entity for colleges that pursue the affiliation of such institutions to technical programmes.

Well, Lovely Professional University is recognized by the University Grants Commission(UGC), a statutory body of the Government of India for the coordination, determination and maintenance of standards of university education in India, under section 2(f) of the UGC Act, 1956. AICTE approval is not required for a university to run a course in technical education as has been held by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in its judgment CWP2056 of 1999 titled BHARATHIDASAN UNIVERSITY & ANR. V/S ALL INDIA COUNCIL FOR TECHNICAL EDUCATION & ORS, and various other cases.

Of course, you are eligible to apply for government jobs if your college is not recognised or apporoved by AICTE. If any college is already approved by UGC, then the approval from AICTE is not necessary. AICTE is simply a part of UGC. So don't worry about that.

AICTE is a recognizing body for colleges which seek affiliation from some university for technical programs.

According to the Supreme Court guidelines specified in 2018, an AICTE approval is mandatory for all deemed universities and other institutes which offer courses in technical education. If you are studying in a deemed university or in CAMPUS of the university(not in its affiliated colleges) approved by UGC, then even if your course is not approved by AICTE, it will not create any problem. Thus, LPU do not require AICTE approval compulsorily.

So, there is no problem at all. You are eligible for govt. sector as well. Infact many of LPU Alumni are currently working in govt,sector as well.
