If I do PG Diploma in Data Science 11 months online from reonowned institute then will it be consider as gap year in my profile or not?

No it won't be considered as a gap year but the value of this kind of pg diploma is not much. You can try doing something else such as proper institute based pg or any internship because that way you can gain experience too along with the value of the firm or the institution.
