If i had compartment in physics class 12th cbse can i apply to dtu

With compatment you can not apply. Neither you are eligible. However, if you have compatment in 2017 and you take the compatment test for Physics in 2018 and you pass it, then you are eligible.

So, if you pass the compatment paper, this year in 2018, then your aggregate marks and passing year will be considered as 2018. So, while registering for JAC Delhi counselling 2018, for admission into DTU, you have to fill your 12th passing year as 2018. This is 1 part. You also need to meet the eligibility criteria of 60% aggregate marks in PCM and English in class 12th. You also need to have passed these subjects individually too.

Hope you are aware that admission into DTU happen through JEE Main scores. So, you need to first appear in JEE Main and then apply for JAC Delhi (the counselling) for admission into DTU.
