If I have 90 percentile can I get admission in NIT Srinagar under home quota. And please tell me how much marks or questions make 90 percentiles.

Hello student yes you'll get admission as per previous year cutoffs in nit Srinagar with this percentile.
You can calculate and get your rank easily by using this formula
100 - (your total percentile) 869010 /100
In your case your rank must be around 86901
And Last year the cut off for Genral category was 86828 (computer science engineering)
