if i joined in one collage this year based on counseling allotment, can i apply for counseling in next year ( to get chanses of getting better collage)?

Hey there!
To appear for counselling next year you'll have to appear for the exam yet again. Even if you don't participate in the counselling this year, it doesn't matter, to be eligible for counselling next year you'll have to appear for the exam again because the rankcard of exams in India have a validation of one year only.
