If I not get seat in mop up round in wbjee.is it necessary to report at alloted institute which was alloted to me in 3rd round??

hi swayam ,
if you donot get a seat in the mop up round it is not necessary that you should join in the college allotted in 3rd round . but it is better to take admission in prior rounds of counselling to be on the safe side . because there is no guarantee of getting a seat in the mop up round .
